Brainworx.BX.Digital v1.09 is a suite of audio processors that tap into Brainworx's advanced modeling technology to deliver the sound quality, level of detail and workflow efficiency that have become the company's signature quality standard. This plugin pack includes a variety of individual modules for signal processing, complete with an MP3 player to audition any preset quickly and easily, plus a custom-designed step sequencer to create your own original sounds from scratch or tweak existing patches for improved sonic performance. Processors include a wide range of equalizers, dynamics processors, filters and unique effects designed for mastering or post production. All modules are available as VST effects for use within a DAW, as RTAS plugins for Pro Tools LE systems, and as directX plugins for use within known Direct X host applications. Featuring Brainworx’s proprietary Inchain modeling technology, BPX Digital has been engineered to deliver the rich sonic quality and sound shaping control that Brainworx's hardware users have come to expect. Adaptive InterModulation Distortion (AIMD) is used throughout the processing path to replicate the dynamic qualities of real analog electronics. The end result is a highly detailed digital processor that easily competes with analog technology. BPX Digital employs Brainworx’s unique Virtual Vintage Amplifier (VVA) technology for modeling all aspects of the circuitry that goes into the design of a tube amplifier. VVA is capable of modeling the entire signal chain, from preamp to power amp, giving BPX Digital the ability to model not only how an instrument will sound through a real tube amp, but also how it will interact with various other components used in live performance or recording situations. The resulting sonic performance far exceeds other digital emulation methods available today. The unique, multi-phase processing and digital distortion algorithms used by many of the modules in BPX Digital give the processor a distinctive character that captures everything that is unique to analog circuitry. BPX Digital utilizes Brainworx’s Advanced Modeling Technology (AMT) technology to deliver a rich, complex sound with incredible array of tonal choices and realistic effects. Using an advanced super-resolution algorithm designed for high-speed signal processing, BPX Digital is able to process large amounts of audio data very quickly while preserving the inherent subtlety and texture associated with analog circuits. The exclusive Super Resolution technology used in the design of BPX Digital allows signal processing to occur twice as fast. This has a dramatic effect on the amount of time needed to process an audio signal, allowing BPX Digital to perform at a significantly higher level than competitors.
